2022 / A gift for my sister

Another classic quilt design I love but was working up to. I decided I was finally ready to tackle curves. This quilt is also the largest I’ve made - a Full size.

Method: I used a pattern for the curves and a combination of Kona Cotton and fabric I ice dyed.

I quilted the top in freeform waves. Instead of sewing a complicated quilt back, I just bought a cotton sheet for $15.
